Good response for swimming pool issues
Bought my wood heater from glen and the team there in store team is fabulous and the after care and service team has been amazing would highly recommend
The service was amazing and had our wood fire door glass and seals replaced on the same day. They did such a great job and also pricing was very decent considering previous quotes we have had !! Thanks heaps for your help!
I visited the shop this afternoon searching for a small flow switch to suit my chlorinator, only to be told it's not a spare part that's available and I'll have to fork out $700 for a new cell. A 5 minute internet search and I have found the exact part I needed for $30, sold by Hayward, a huge pool equipment supplier who would definitely supply Poolside. Lazy sales, I won't be back.
