Hands down the best gym in Sale. Great membership options & so much equipment, plus the recovery space is amazing! The staff are so friendly and you will not find a gym with more support than what they offer here. Highly recommend!

Sale Health and Fitness have the friendliest staff who genuinely care about everyone and always have time to offer help and guidance. They have a good range of equipment and keep the gym very clean and tidy. The gym has a really wholesome community and is very welcoming for people in every stage of their fitness journey.

I have been going to this gym for a while now. It is central, and accessible. The gear and equipment are good quality and there are multiple options. Staff are great for management and support. Personal trainers are fantastic and friendly. Alot of older, middle age, younger people find this place comfortable, for recovery, change of life or maintaining what they have. I rate this place and tell people that this is the place to go.
