Everything was fine until they charged me for a service I didnt ask for. Said that id be shooting myself in the foot if I didn't do it anyway. Smh
Always quick, reliable service
In and out quick service. I have a commercial vehicle so I can't take it anywhere. I am hesitant about dealerships because of overhead cost, but I was pleasantly surprised with quick service and affordable cost.
Poor customer relations when you have a higher up (Chad) call a woman (who is clueless as to what happened) and chew her out, basically being a real Bully...because her spouse made an honest complaint. He was lied to from the beginning...sold a bogus service contract..Chad said he was [ GONNA GIVE US ABOUT 8 OUL CHANGES] No we paid $ 1800 for that bogus contract remember...so now Chad says he's upset because he complained after he done him a "favor" spending 1800 was not a favor...because when we have gone for our service NO... read more
