Buyer beware. We drove 3 hours each way from Melbourne to view this Ford Ranger, only to discover that it had clearly had an impact on the front right-hand side. This damage was not mentioned in the advertisement, which was extremely disappointing and misleading. The vehicle had only done around 5,000 km, so we were particularly interested in it. Nothing but praise for Riley McLeod from Sale Motor group. I found a Mustang on their website and made an enquiry and spoke with Riley and being from interstate he was able to guide me through the logistics of buying and getting it freighted..He won me over with his trust and the deal was done. 9 months on and i still have not had my ford van rectified as promised by Simon Rudov dealer principal. On pre purchase check over as requested by the salesperson to check my van over, issues picked out and promises made to me to get it resolved and as a paying customer i am still waiting. 9 months on my mental health from dealing with idiots, client relationship " specialists " and over 200 phone calls and emails and messages on my phone from simon rudov & other ford team members. Thank you to Kiahna and the team at Sale Ford. You were very helpful with the trade in and purchase of my new car. Nothing seemed too hard throughout the process, your responsiveness and willingness to help got the deal done. Brandon in the Service Department also went well out of his way to help us with a trailer lights issue, as we needed to tow immediately Brandon made light work of a stressful problem and got us on our way. I would definitely recommend someone in the market to consider Sale Ford in the future.
