The decor is very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit area. There are a few things that need to be addressed. The heater squeaks when it is on. There are no instructions for the heater or AC unit. The coffee maker is a small Keurig, and the supplies for it were not there. The pans for the toaster oven do not fit, except for two. The front door is warped, and air leaks through it. The regular light bulbs were burned out on the porch. We replaced them. The freezer is iced over, and there is still food in it.
