Bought a used Nissan vehicle still under factory warranty. Done 90,000kms in its lifetime. The car started having firing problems and the engine light came on. I took it into the dealership, earliest they could fit me in to even look at the damn thing was in 5 weeks time. After spending 30 mins on the phone to customer service because it turns out the vehicle registration never changed to me in their system, they sent roadside assistance to my house and the RACV guy (really nice guy) told me there's nothing he could do. Purchased new patrol a month ago, sales team were great. Booked in for 1st service could be done anytime only a couple of days wait. I phoned about problem with info system, rear camera screen went blank, came good after awhile, then key fob unavailable while it was on my lap, came good after a while. Put problem on Patrol forum, common problem needs update. Phoned to book in for a warranty repair, 6 week wait. For a new car dealership this business seems lost. *Incorrect website information *No listed used cars - website states they don't have a subscription to the service. *One showroom looks likes it belongs in an episode of Lost. *Sales people walking around like they have no purpose. *Finally have used car stock. They all showed up at once so can only assume they all have come from the auctions - not quality local country cars.
