My experience with Deacon Jones of Kinston was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. The whole staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They did not rush me with the paperwork. I didn’t have transportation to the dealership in Kinston, but they sent a driver to pick me up one hour away from the dealership to. They explained things to me in a way that I could understand and not terms that were above my head. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Definitely 5+ stars..
We had a red carpet experience through Deacon Jones of Kinston. Brian was fantastic to work with and was not pushy. He gave us a very fair and honest deal and helped me customize some features in a very timely and efficient manner.
