Unprofessional unfortunately. $3,000 on a rebuild and its kicking again. and it left the shop with a low pressure code that I brought up and was never addressed. very upset. every other mechanic is transparent about what needs to be changed, unfortunately that’s not the case here. The guy is a good guy but his employees just don’t have the experience.
Rebuilt my transmission a few years ago now my transmission is out again and they will not take my calls I been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service Beware!!!!
NO communication on what was fixed, Check Engine Light is on and has transmission codes. Refuses to fix the issue after paying him over $2,000. Unprofessional and BAD BUSINESS. Their warranty means nothing
