My young daughter needed a wart removed from the top of her foot. Upon arrival day of procedure the nurse asked if i had applied the topical numbing cream. I had no clue what she was referencing, apparently they had called in a script but hadnt informed me nor was it in my before procedure paperwork. she said its ok the dr will do it. He did not instead he walked in and began giving my daughter shots and immediately digging into the top of her foot. I have never heard my 7 yr old scream the way she did. I visited this doctor for a spot on my face and peeling of the skin on my foot. The doctor took a look at my face and feet and wrote a prescription. His description on my condition was "I think it's ___". I was hoping for a doctor who would take the time to speak to me about my condition and provide a proper diagnosis, not a guess and write a prescription based on that guess. I asked if Tea Tree would help my condition and he stated he didn't know what that was and was not familiar. I would think that a skin doctor of that c... read more
0 stars. My fiance attempted to book an urgent appointment and had to wait three weeks. The evening before her appointment they contacted her at 8:30 pm on a Sunday to cancel. They told her she would have to wait 5 more weeks. Utterly horrible business. I highly suggest you go elsehwere, they do not care about you.
