My mum has been in her house since February 2024 and has been waiting for a down pipe at the back of her house which should have been installed when the house was built. Excess water from the neighbours either side is collecting in the middle of her roof and water overflows from the gutter down the wall and floods the garden. This in time will affect the brickwork and pressure will break the guttering. She has contacted the company many times with false promises. Bad bad bad name
Do not buy a property from these developers. They have promised a home would be ready by January 2023, the home is still not ready in January 2024 and the contact on the phone is unprofessional with attitude and they keep saying we will get a completion date by (June / September/ Christmas January etc...) They also fitted the kitchen wrong and are now saying it's not to our preference, no apology for messing it up despite proof of the conversations had via email.
