They came to save us in Saratoga mountains in late evening that all other towing companies refused! They towed our car with flat tire. It was safe and efficient! I cannot say more good words about them!

NO STARS. Horrible experience! Horrible tow truck driver! Ordered by Hertz to tow a Tesla M3 with two rear flat tires. Tow Truck Driver Refused to put Tesla on rack. Argued in my face aggressively until Hertz Auto told him he couldn’t drive it. Tow truck driver Purposefully Left Tesla special key FOB, Ignoring me while I was yelling for him to take the key with him. Very aggressive! Very patriarchal & disrespectful to women!
I took my truck in to fix overheating problem and air conditioner. I feel good about this place! The owner, Joe, is very personable and explains the mechanical problems to me in simple terms. They got right on it and fixed the problems with my truck. They’ve got my recommendation. Thanks
