Salazar Towing was such a lifesaver! My tires hit an island on Capital expressway and Ocala in San Jose on a hot busy afternoon. Car trouble is always stressful, but from the moment I made my call to Salazar Towing the whole experience was so much easier. They were kind, understanding, and quick to help. Said they would be here in 15 mins. Took an hour. Driver didn't speak English. Then Charged me $80 over market rate to jump a car. Rip off.

I remember calling this company when I bought my first car and experienced a flat tire. I didn't have designated roadside assistance so I called Salazar's hoping the service would be prompt as a non-member to a brand. I unexpectedly received service right away, communication was straight forward, and the price was reasonable and affordable. My parents had an accident and the cops at the event were not nice and very rude on demanding us to call a towing company. Thankfully Salazar Towing & Automotive answered quickly! The team was nice, fast, efficient, and understanding of the situation at hand. I am very grateful the team was able to make it to the site quickly for my parents. Humberto was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend them especially for emergency moments like the one my parents experienced.
