Carlos Salazar aka H & M aka Salazar Painting & who knows how many busines names scammed my 90 yr old Veteran Dad. Simple paint job on trailer home. Conned him into giving him the FULL AMOUNT then had excuse after excuse of why he couldn't come out. Had NO CRRW prob because he couldn't pay them & has been constantly asking my family for even more money! Imo DO NOT hire! Total scam artist!
SCAM DO NOT HIRE! Hired Carlos at Salazar Painting LLC for walls, ceiling, trim and cabinets - the works. After a $1000 deposit and 2 weeks it looked like this… staged with story after story. Any DIY can do better this. I lost two weeks in rent with his delays and had to start all over, cost me way more than $1000! This is a scammer - not a painter!!!!
