Avoid! We live in a home that we bought new built by **********************. Its a money pit! First it was roof leaks caused by a improperly installed patio door, then foundation piers and now we had to rip out the powder bath because the stool leaked from the day it was improperly installed. The leaked got into the walls and vanity, everything including the tile had to be ripped out. The tile had an 1" of Thinset in places in order to attempt to level the floor.
