I have been a Real Estate Broker in New Braunfels all my life. In the last few years I have come to know Melody Salazar and the quality of her work. She is very high energy and loves what she does which is reflected in the outstanding final product that she creates. Melody has an eye for design. I have seen her work her magic many times over the past few years and I am always amazed at the transformation. Everyone is impacted by a positive first impression and that was never made more obvious than by the last home that she staged for our client. The house had been on the market for 6 months with another company. Melody came in, did her makeover and the house was instantly changed from a dull drab dated home to a lovely home with a WOW factor that helped me get it under contract within a week. I moved in to my house about a year ago and since then I have just felt like "decor wise" it hasn't felt complete. So.....I hired Melody to come in and help me out. Let me tell you...BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! She came in at first for 2 hours and moved things around and switched decorations from this room to that room and it seriously looked totally different! Yet....at the same time...it was all my stuff and so it was still "me" and my taste.
Once she was done, she gave me some ideas and suggestions on things I could put here or there...
Just what I needed to feel like my house was FINALLY a HOME! We chose paint colors and BAM, a few days later I called her painter(ALSO AMAZING) and had my room painted and I couldn't be happier.
Melody is so amazing and has made me so excited about my home. She is spot on with everything from paint colors..to decorations..to window treatments. I would and WILL recommend her to everyone and anyone.
