This massage therapist knows several different types of therapy including hot stone and Thai yoga massage. Great at relaxing work as well as working on trouble spots.
As a runner, I've been looking for a great massage therapist and John is it. His skill & technique are of great help in working out any tightness that I can't get at with just the normal stretching. His work truly helps me feel better and keeps me in fabulous shape whether I'm training for a race or just my usual morning run. Highly recommend for anyone, runner or not.
I've had a lot of body work done in my life because of my job, and John's deep knowledge of the body is only surpassed by his extraordinary skill. I'm a regular now! I would recommend Salamba to anyone looking for relaxation, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or simply a daily dose of quiet. It's a little out of the way for me, but totally worth the detour.
