I am beyond disappointed with Salamander Resort’s customer service. I spent THREE HOURS this morning trying to get basic information about toddler-friendly activities and amenities at the resort, and not a single person was available to answer simple questions. After being transferred around repeatedly, the operator finally told me, “Either all the administrators are off today, or maybe they are all in a meeting.
