Excellent emergency care from everyone on shift last Saturday morning. I took my dog who had impaled himself on a stick - in his tongue. Able to see quickly, very thorough examination, great care taken to discuss options as well. The referral taken care of so when we arrived at SASH they knew we were coming. Follow up call the next day as well. Thankfully he’s recovering well. Thank you love from Koa. 🐶
My little dog was very sick, after an overnight stay and some (very expensive) blood tests, they had no idea what was wrong and sent him home with antibiotics and steroids. So it was $660 for no answers. They said if he didn’t get better that they would need to do an ultrasound and X-rays that would be another 600 and something by memory. But when I called in because he had gotten worse, the receptionist said I couldn’t bring him in because I didn’t have the money until the following day. Quick few stitches out visit. Our pup didn't move. Didn't know at all what was done, so so gentle was the veterinarian.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and caring, it has a nice big waiting room
Would not take my pooches any where else. I can't say enough about Mark and Michael, they have been there for me and my babies during some of our worst times. They are sympathetic and compassionate. All the team are amazing. I will always be grateful to Mark especially, his personal compassion and sympathy for not only just my pooches, but myself goes above and beyond. Thank you to all team for the love you have and given to Sparky, Patch and Tili over the years. I will always remember the care and compassion xx
