Terry was quick to come out to the house and assess the problem of our air conditioning unit. Claim was submitted through choice home warranty on 8/10/25 in the early morning. I received a call from Salais Air in the after confirming with me if someone would be home on 8//11/25. I spoke with Rachel, very nice lady. She placed a note for technician to call home owner 30 min prior to arrival . Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, made the arrangements with the Home Warranty Company. That same afternoon he called, explained he has the parts and came back to my home and fixed my A/C. Very efficient and professional, thank you very much.
