They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of not sure why they even have a phone # on their site but received an auto message with a scheduled appointment...can't get a hold of anyone if it doesn't work you just gotta live with it??....not a good way to run a business however, they did show up and get the job done when the automated system said they would and fixed the issue with no problems after the fix was done so that's why they get a 4 star. It would have been 5 star if they pick up their phones.

Do you want to wast your time on unprofessional guy. Someone who doesn’t know how to fix home air conditioning. Call this guy. He is really good for charging ac systems with no diagnosis. He will found your system low in freon and will charge it then lie to your face that’s your system is good and doesn’t leaks. Ask him to come to check again will tell I don’t work afternoon. He has a company that’s he the only technician, that’s mean he will have many appointments that’s not going to spend a lot of time to check your air co... read more
