Let me put out the clarion call for my fellow gym bros: This is the only salad spot in dfw, that I'm aware of, that ensure you can hit your macros and micros at the same lick. Its build your own by weight so you can nail your protein. Shrimp, chicken (multiple versions of both), boiled eggs, etc. Stack as needed. Also has rice and quinoa to carb reload. I am so glad we found this restaurant. We love salads and salad station has an amazing variety to choose from. Always fresh, employees are very friendly, we've been four times in about 3 weeks.
I didn’t get those young ladies names but they were both so helpful and polite!
