I order from The Salad House quite often through Doordash. I really enjoyed their cauliflower bites, for both the flavor and the portions that they give you. Very recently I've noticed that they cut down the amount that they give by more than half but they still remain the same price as before. Unfortunately if they're going to sell much smaller portions for the same price I don't find this place worth it and would rather give my business to someone else.
The customer service here is horrible. The woman on the phone is extremely rude and seems to conveniently not know what is going on with messed up orders. She has a disgusting attitude! I should’ve listened to the previous reviews about their customer service. Please be cautious before ordering here. If they make a mistake they will take no ownership and will be very unpleasant to you about it. If I could rate this place a 0 I would!
