I’ll start off saying I’ve been going here for a long time and order thru Uber Eats. It’s usually great. Unfortunately my recent visit yesterday was not. The lettuce looked like the parts you’d typically throw away, ordered extras like cilantro (there was none) and jalapeno (I found 2 tiny pieces) the salad was smaller than usual. I don’t know if the quality went down to cut costs or what. I was actually scared to eat the salad.
The place is clean
I ordered salad wrap, which was tasty and well prepared. Maybe if I did go back I would ask for less dressing in the product. Disappointed when I asked for water to drink with my salad wrap, I was told they don't provide water or cups. What if a person needed to wash down the salad, what if they were choking? Not necessary to be discourteous and mean spirited. Chopt Does provide water in cups, has bigger dining area, sort of same selection, so Chopt was more customer friendly. I will not go back to Salad House.
