Sal Mar Homes has been building new homes in the subdivision I live at over the past couple of years. Last year they put in two houses behind my home. Around March/April they began the process of leveling the ground to put in sod and sprinklers. I arrived home one day to find that my back sprinkler lines had been cut, which affected a line of about 70 feet and three sprinkler heads.
