Update after year 1. -Trash builder. Do not buy. Very poor construction. Worst quality materials. Do not buy from this builder. See photos. 1. Hard wood floor was an upgrade. They installed poor quality wood. So many worm holes. See photos. I also upgraded the carpet and extra padding under the carpet. 2. Building homes in flood zones without any concern to the new homeowners and probably will not disclose that. As they were laying the foundation, they had to pumping water out of it… They claim they fixed water drainage issues, yet allows water to stay stagnant for weeks on end. 10/10 would not recommend. No consideration to the surrounding neighbors, refusing to maintain the land and mow it which poses a health risk with all the ticks and mosquitoes especially since they allow the water to just sit there. Bought one of their 2024 builds. Their customer service ends after the first 30 days. Multiple unanswered phone calls and emails, we are at 3 months of trying to get them to honor the warrantied items they said were covered and would repair but cannot get a call back from at Sal Lapio's.
