The scheduling guy on the phone was very nice. On the day of the appointment the cleaners arrived on time and they were well trained, respectful of me and my house. They spent a whole afternoon working and cleaning. At the end they charged me exactly what I was told on the phone at the time I scheduled the service. Allan came to our residence and was extremely personable and professional. Thorough explanation and awesome communication throughout the process. He summarized his findings upon completion. Prompt invoice with easy payment method. I will be calling Allan again for future clean outs.
We had all of our air ducts, intakes, and dryer vent cleaned this past week. Weren't sure just how full they'd be but so glad we had this done. Ben was early, explained how things looked before and after, and showed us pictures of what we had going on.
