I ordered udon and soup but received soba and no soup. After being in Japan several times for long periods of time I know very well the difference. I don’t think we’ll go back there.
Lots of reviews about the service being bad, I haven’t had a bad experience yet. My review is about the food, and I’ve been there twice, the sushi and rolls are great! Fresh fish, delicious fried gyoza! I’ll be back anytime I feel like sushi!
I really enjoyed the sushi here, it met all my expatation and the all you can eat part, there was no rush. Order what you want and when your done they will bring you round 2 or 3 or 4, depends on how you feel. Great place, will be coming back.
This was my first time visiting the restaurant! Me and daughter along with her disabled husband visited the restaurant yesterday. Me and my daughter ordered the "buffet" and my son-in-law wanted the ala carte. We were told "everyone at the table would have to order the same thing" or sit at separate tables. "Unacceptable" To have love ones sit separately to eat their food because someone is unable to eat the "all you can eat buffet". I will never return or recommend elderly people to patronize this place!
This older lady, was extremely condescending, we arrived at 2:10 she didn’t even tell us anything about the kitchen closing at 2:30, we were under the impression that they closed at 3:00. When we told her about it, she said “our regular clients already know that we close at 2:30”. This is unfortunate since we love the place, but we won’t be coming back ever again after this, we don’t appreciate being treated badly even though we didn’t do anything wrong.
