直前の予約にも関わらず、車に空きがあり、費用体系も分かりやすく安心して利用できました。 車の状態はもちろん、スタッフさんにも親切に対応していただけました。 「LINE」で問い合わせ、予約までできたのはとても助かりましたし、何より全て日本語でやりとりできるのは心強かったです。 1週間のTorrance滞在中、帰国前日に時間ができたのでSanta Monica方面や市街地を回り、そのまま帰国日の空港への移動手段として使いました。 空港近くの店舗から空港ターミナルへは店舗のスタッフが送ってくれます。 滞在中の移動はUberを利用していましたが、West HollywoodとTorranceの移動だけでも35ドル～50ドル程度、空港とTorranceで35ドル程度かかるので、時間帯や移動距離、頻度でUberやレンタカーと上手く組み合わせて使うと良いと思います。 次回訪問時もまた利用したいです。 Despite our last minute reservation, there were cars available and the cost structure was easy to understand and reliable. Very nice and friendly. I admit it did not look open when we arrived, but it is open 7 days a week. They speak Japanese for my in-laws and have a newer selection of cars.
