We order from Sakura Steakhouse Hibachi at least three times a month, and this is not an inexpensive place, so expectations are high. Unfortunately, our most recent online order was missing items. When I called to inform the manager, instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told they “checked” and that whoever packed the order said everything was included—which was clearly not true.
