Had the best experience with Emma today! Got a half-head of foils and I am obsessedddd with how it looks! Took less time than I expected and the lil head massage/wash felt luxurious!
I’ve been seeing Emma for so many years now even when she was at her last studio, I come once a week and have always enjoyed all the girls there I get they can get busy and run past schedule at times but they make the wait accomodating!

My appointment was at 12.30pm I arrived on time was not acknowledged at all. Ten mins later I asked the girl hey just checking if my appointment is correctly booked. She moved around like it was some huge effort and annoyance I asked. Then she said oh yeh you do have a appointment. Won't be long then proceeded to ignore me for 15 mins further. I ended up leaving.
