Ten years living here and it’s been the best investment ever!! Great location, community and affordable!
I am really happy living here. I like Marty (the manager) a lot. I don't have many complaints. My neighbors are wonderful. The pool is my favorite part. I am so impressed with how well the grounds are taken care of. When you drive around this neighborhood in the summer, it is lovely. Maintenance is always walking around picking up the smallest pieces of litter. They put Christmas lights up and have parties by the pool for the residents. I’m just going to come out and say that the management of this condominium is horrendously unprofessional. They don’t communicate well and try to go any route to “legally” hold you accountable for the smallest things. They will not address something with you unless they have to and will go straight to having police come to “forcefully enter” your HOME. Absolutely disgusting.
