Walked out after waiting too long time for our order to be taken.
Main concern, timing. Arrived at 6:00 for our 6:00 reservation. Was told to be on-time as they don't wait for us and our reservation will be given away (completely understood) and note: there is a strict 90 min sitting policy, you can't sit at the table for any longer. Got sat at 6:10 (not an issue for us). Waitress came shortly after and got our drink and food orders, great. Then the wait begins. 40 min to get our drinks, and some were forgotten. First and last time going there. Took 45 minutes just to get drinks, and then forgets the soda. The bar barely had anyone eating or drinking at it, so no idea why it took so long. Brought sushi without chopsticks or soy sauce. It took 20 minutes just to have that delivered to the table. Had to borrow another tables soy sauce. Order filet cooked medium, received it well done. Our dog is going to eat well. Then took another 20 minutes to get the credit card back to pay. NEVER will come back. Manchester is sooo much better!
