Came in for a mix of happy hour and regular dining menu. Both choices were absolutely amazing!
Last night was the 9th or 10 time we had ordered a takeout dinner with door dash. If it had been the first time, there would not have been any others. The specialty roll tasted stale as if it had been made days ago and left in a refrigerator. The beef pad Thai was inedible. Noodles were clumped together in a large gelatinous mass. The beef was overcooked and dry. Since this was takeout, and arrived very hot, I am led to believe this was microwaved . Won’t happen again
Sakura Hibachi in Glastonbury is a vibrant and fun spot that serves up genuinely delicious Japanese cuisine, especially for non-meat eaters. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of the food and the lively atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service consistency prevents this from being a five-star experience.
