I purchased one of your filters from Automotive Superstore which did not fit my cars fuel lines. They aren’t giving me my money back and told me this is something Sakura could fix.

Obviously couldn't care less about doing business, or continuing.. poor communication more like ignored, when communication is established after months of trying to swap an account, its all gone to waste because a small business cant commit to a ridiculous order of 1000 filters a month... We have purchased from you before, why turn around on a somewhere asking to continue doing business with you - disgusting
