I've been to the clinic several times and they've always been very kind. Even if you're not good at English, the female doctor will speak to you in Japanese. The male doctor only speaks English, but when he realizes that I'm not good at English, he speaks slowly and clearly in English. This was very helpful when I got sick.

ここの女性医師は、治療が必要で費用もかなりかかると、とてもおざなりに言いました。別の病院では、私の症状は治療の必要がなく、ただ休んで6ヶ月後にまた来院すればいいと言っていたなんて、誰が知っていたでしょう！決断する前に、よく考えてみる必要がある時もあるのです！

I had a deeply uncomfortable experience with Dr Dion that stood in stark contrast to the professionalism of the female staff, who were kind, calm, and genuinely supportive throughout. I accompanied my partner to her appointment because she is not confident in English and was understandably anxious. Without explanation or context, I was abruptly told I could not enter the room. このクリニックがなかったら、と思うとゾッとします。 滞在していた二年間、医療面で何かあったら、という不安なく過ごせたのはこちらのクリニックのおかげです。 予約必須で待ち時間なく、子連れにも優しいクリニックです。おもちゃもあって、うちの子達はここへ行くのに抵抗ありませんでした。
