Worse experience ever! We are new to the area and my husband surprised me with the 45 minute package. The lady left the room like 3 times the last time she never came back, a different person walk in. It was not relaxing at all very painful and uncomfortable. When I was leaving she was saying I had to pay but my husband had already paid she told me “ he paid for the service” she kept asking for a tip I just left and they took a tip out the card! Masseuse seemed to have no actual training on massage.
I got the $70 massage with my daughter. My massage was decent but when I went to pay the tip, the lady told me she wouldn’t accept my tip, it needed to be higher. We told her that we get to choose the tip amount. Honestly, it’s not a very nice spa and the lady was rude when I went to pay. Not a good experience. I’m giving it a 2 star. Won’t go back.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WARNING!! DO NOT COME HERE!! Masseuse was likely not an actually massage therapist, as she had no idea what she was doing!! the whole experience was very painful and uncomfortable. ended up being the complete opposite of relaxing. WASTE of $70! very unhappy with customers and somewhat rude do not go here after a long days work they try to make you pay more and was not a good massage at all
