When the cashier messed up your order and you try to get it fixed and they make faces and smart remarks. Nope.
Employees are rude.
Food was dry. Had no teriyaki sauce. Tried to call to see if they could make it right and was hung up on by an employee. Went to the store to try and make it right and the employees and owner were rude and said it was my fault the food looked like that even though ive ordered there several several times over the years and have never had an issue.
Food was great but definitely pricy for what it was.
