Very expensive and bad 👎
Food was great! Customer service was friendly and professional! The atmosphere was inviting...definitely going back!
The atmosphere as dull. I see why they have 3.7 star rating. I’m not from here and this is the worst hibachi I’ve ever had. And it’s overpriced. The service was bad and the food isn’t seasoned well. They take out a gratuity and still expect for you to pay more. Last time here.
I can’t speak on the food—but that’s not what this review is about. What I can comment on is the service, and unfortunately, it was deeply disappointing. We had a reservation for four, but upon arrival, the hostess abruptly asked, “How many?” I replied, “Four… we have a reservation.” Without so much as checking, she curtly said, “15 minutes, have a seat.” My group was shocked by how dismissive she was.
