Worst experience ever. I showed a reference photo before my haircut, and they confidently said they could do the same style. The final result doesn’t even match the photo 0%. The layers are completely different from what I asked for. I had long, healthy, beautiful hair, and I only wanted layers. Instead, they cut my hair much shorter than I agreed to, and now it looks terrible. They completely ruined my hair. The service was also very unprofessional.
