We made an appointment with this doctor over 3 months ago for my son who needs treatment for the Tourette symptom and have waited patiently for it. However, we regret making the appointment with her because she is one of the worst doctors that can be assigned to any patient. She was rude, not friendly, disrespectful to us, anytime we asked a question, she would respond in unprofessional manner and would not look at us. I find most of the reviews to be unfair and inaccurate. Dr. Bajaj has been very caring and attentive to my concerns. She takes the time to listen and explains the answers to my questions with great detail. I have been seeing her since my DBS surgery in 2022. She is in high demand and the wait time for an appointment is long, however, the wait time in the actual office has always been no longer than 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with Dr. Bajaj and appreciate her expertise and patience.
I saw Dr Bajaj back in August. I waited 8 months for my appointment. I’ve been having head tremors so yes definitely worried about that. She didn’t have a lot to say but said if I caught anything on video to please send. I sent video months ago. I have called so many times I can’t count and emailed a ton. I have never made a review on any type business before. I’m so disappointed and frustrated to have start over with another neurologist just to try get answers after all the time wasted now.
