I bought a Cuban link in March for my son’s birthday and I didn’t open the package until the day before my son’s birthday in August for personal reasons. When I opened the package I found an empty box hence it had already been tampered with as you can see in the picture. I immediately called to report the incident. They asked me to send pictures of which I did. I’ve been trying to solve this and no one seems to have accuracy when it comes to their policies. The Saks Company store used to be amazing. Crazy discounts on designer clothes, shoes, and accessories. Now, it’s gone south. First item I picked up today was a Balenciaga hat, usually about $5-10. Today it was $250. Also, Amiri jeans which are usually $80 were $680 today. The people of Wilkes Barre can’t afford these prices. It’s a shame this great place sold out to corporate greed. Shameful.
