Decent jewelry selection but clothes and shoes is fairly slim pickings. I’m not sure if they are just building up inventory from a fresh. Also the staff aren’t really very engaging as they do the bare minimum required with service. It’s bit disappointing when you compare to other stores around here.
Always visit this store while in Chicago. You have to come in at the right time and know how to look for stuff, but you can find some gems in here. Not necessarily the big names (they do have some of that stuff, but it's the junk most people don't want). Example, was looking for a sport coat for the weekend to match some pants I had. Found a very nice sparkly Saks blazer that was marked down from around $160 that ended up being 30% off, plus another 25% after that. I had An underwhelming experience at this store. Im from Atlanta so I was expecting this Chicago location to have more interesting pieces. The jewelry section was nice but overpriced. I will just stick to Nordstrom Rack.
