GW直前、靴を買いに行ったところ、品数少なく広い店内だったけど、何も買うものはなかった。お客もほぼゼロだった。

The staff were helpful and yes, it resembles a Nordstrom rack but you can find upscale clothing, jewelry, and bags at a quarter of the cost of other large retailers because you’re not paying for an upmarket shopping experience. They’re limited choices but they get in new stuff biweekly.

It’s so dead in there that I was waiting to pay for something, was waiting for over 8 mins, nobody was working, nobody around, I had to google the store phone, Number to call the store to then have the phone ring for an employee to come to the registers. LOL was so sad

It’s difficult to find. Let alone negotiate. Combined with awful supercilious and unhappy staff (Wanda leads the team of them) it’s just “close the door and stop the haemorrhaging” time for this nonsense. Staff are borderline rude. Why not, if you are the only customer, tempt with specials. Why almost ridicule when questioning prices? Why not be helpful, warm and chatty? How absolutely disillusioning this place is.
