The customer service here is terrible, trying to find help is absolutely terrible, I brought my wife here, thinking that I could buy her something, and she was very disappointed
I recently visited this location and the customer service was awful, there was this lady that sounded Russian and or polish ( English wasn’t that good) looked like the manager on duty…any how I asked for assistance because there was no price on the item I was interested in buying, let’s just say she acted like she was going to check it out for me at the front of store and totally blew me off, I waited for her to return to me in the section I was shopping ( as she understood I would be awaiting her return) but nope.. Great sales on designer items!
I was a little disappointed with my recent shopping experience at Saks OFF 5TH. After spending a good amount of money on clothes, I was surprised to find out they charge for a paper shopping bag to take your merchandise home. It feels a bit unreasonable, especially when making higher-end purchases. For a store that positions itself as a designer outlet, you would expect better service and consideration for customers.
