I was a little disappointed with my recent shopping experience at Saks OFF 5TH. After spending a good amount of money on clothes, I was surprised to find out they charge for a paper shopping bag to take your merchandise home. It feels a bit unreasonable, especially when making higher-end purchases. For a store that positions itself as a designer outlet, you would expect better service and consideration for customers. Went into the store today looking for a pair of Gucci sunglasses for vacation next week. The guy in the suit who I am assuming is the store manager looked over at me while I was waiting for someone to come over. He ignored me and went back to talking to his employees. I walked around a bit and 10 minutes later asked the girl at the register if I could try on some glasses. She said someone would be right over. Ok deals, a good place to find higher end items. Staff was more of 2/5 But I like the store
