I’ve never been in a Saks - the inventory is impressive and I’d be happy to go shopping here on a semi-regular basis with the means but oh goodness the layout… it looks like Burlington inside!
The absolute worst customer service ever. Do not shop at this merchant? I ordered a piece of jewelry online. The jewelry came broken. Saks initially told me no problem with a return, but I had the repurchase the piece of jewelry again because they would not do an exchange just a refund when I mailed the broken jewelry back. Of all the Saks locations we visit this one has the best organized racks as sizes are in the right place and easy to identify. True for both men's and women's sections. Exceptional clean bathrooms are a plus. Sale sections are priced competitive with TJX and big brand prices are still high. This store needs chairs for men to rest while the ladies shop. Otherwise they bother them and they buy less and leave.
I want to leave a note that I was here at 6pm on 10/12. There was a manager working that wouldn’t give me her name. She was processing a return for an elderly woman, and I saw that from the beginning of the interaction the manager was rude and impatient with this woman that was polite and courteous. It was disheartening to watch someone who was clearly timid be bullied by an employee. I’m of the opinion that every person should be treated with respect and kindness.
