Happy that I came by because the last time I visited the store in February, it was almost empty, so I thought they were closing. Today, the managers told me they are staying open and receiving new merchandise every day. I was excited to find more variety in the Saks line in the Men’s area, although I still think the Men’s department is a little light on merchandise. I had a very disappointing experience with Saks Fifth Avenue and will not be shopping here again. I placed an order expecting the level of service that matches their reputation, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. My order was never delivered, and getting any kind of help from customer service was incredibly frustrating. the jack black lotion does nothing for the body the multi surface cleaner spray is temporary use it doesn’t have whatever you spray it at even stay clean longer then a day or if that it doesn’t stay clean the phone got bullied and ain’t helping that as much because it bossed down so help is needed getting the phone to recover to help everything in this world out so it won’t be leveling down people like myself and others who don’t want to level down with everything they use and buy or purchase and also the phone leveling down... read more
$$$ Curtious to see if they were offering any deals in the wake of banckruptcy...? NOPE. A basic pair of slacks from $800...now an untouchable $399. A basic woven shirt looked interesting from across the way...marked down to $250 from $500. Just annouced this store is closing in May. UTC will have to find another tenant to take over this big 80k foot box.
