I purchased some foundation from the makeup department that costs $130. I used it 3 times and it broke out my face. I took it back to the make up counter with the box and receipt within two weeks of purchase and they would not return it. They did not offer me a replacement product or a store credit. I was simply told too bad! I will not be spending my money in the Sarasota Sax!!

The store is very beautiful, but unfortunately I got scammed. My daughter bought me $150 worth of gift cards and three cards. So $50 a card, but because their policy states you can only use one card per purchase, I could only use it as a coupon towards something that I wanted. I wanted to purchase perfume but I could only put $50 toward it instead of paying for the whole thing with the three cards. I've never heard of such a thing. Iryna was the best!!!! If you’re ever looking for a new perfume, make sure Iryna is the one to assist you. She is very kind, and her professionalism is top-tier. I would drive out of my way to this store to buy perfume only because Iryna is just phenomenal and gave me plenty of great new samples to try out!! 10/10 will be back
