I love Saks Dental! Dr. Ali and her team are phenomenal and actually care about people. I had a first experience with a previous employee that was not very pleasant and was about to locate another dental office. However, Dr. Ali called me personally to apologize and to rectify the situation. From then on, every time I’ve gone has been nothing but excellent. I always have a great experience at SAKS Dental in Allen. The staff is friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. My cleanings, x-rays, fillings are always a breeze, i know cleaning can be painful at times but not here. The office is kept clean, modern, and well-organized. My appointment started on time. Now let me tell you!! I've been to some dentist in my day and I have to say this is the best dentist I have ever been too! Liyah in the front was so amazing from the time I talked to her on the phone to the time I left. She was so helpful and genuinely concerned. Very friendly, clean and most importantly, have done a great job with my dental issues! I recommend Saks dental as they are punctual and fair in pricing as well. I see Dr. Ali, I love her calming nature and precise work. I highly recommend her - just not on Mondays, those are my days…. 😁
