"I had my car serviced at saks auto world and was mostly pleased with the experience. The mechanic did a great job fixing the issue with my brakes, and the service was completed in a timely manner. However, the waiting area could be more comfortable, and the communication could have been better. I had to call a few times to get an update on the progress. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this garage, especially if they improve their waiting area and communication."
