Dissatisfied Dr Sakr is a good doctor with good medical knowledge and I would have continued with her but her office is extremely inefficient. Her front office assistant Massar is extremely rude and probably still has a job because she is a relative. I have had to call up to 4 times for a simple prescription refill. I have been charged incorrectly on old insurances when new insurance had been updated with the office. When you have any questions, the office says they will call you back but never do. Excellent Doctor Dr. Sakr has been my and my wife's doctor for several years. She has impressed me with her technical skills. She also uses a computer for prescriptions and during the appointment (which prevents errors). As much as I respect Dr. Sakr's technical abilities, I value her people skills, too. She is a good, sympathetic listener. She doesn't rush. She has a gentle manner.
