I took my son to see Dr Sakowitz for an evaluation of an acute issue with his lower retainer. The office was able to coordinate a time to see my son on an emergency basis, scheduled him within 24 hours, diagnosed and solved the issue promptly and professionally. Every interaction we had with staff, including the front desk, practice manager, hygienist was delightful. They are kind and caring people. I have been an Invisalign patient at this dental office for about seven weeks. Lately, my teeth feel very loose, and I’ve noticed gum recession, which is causing me significant discomfort. I requested an urgent appointment to address this, but I was told the earliest available appointment is in two weeks.
