The majority of the staff here are completely unempathetic and rude. I called asking simple questions about my dog's medical records, while he is undergoing emergency spinal surgery, and as I explained this, I received answers such as "oh well that's common with that breed, not much to do". Zero compassion. Moving to Portsmouth Animal Hospital.
The staff are always amazing with my Kitty! And they are always friendly and helpful!
