Absolutely one of the most unprofessional therapists I’ve come across. As I am myself a social worker- the treatment my family member got was unbelievable. Virginia was driving during a telehealth visit (FaceTime- which is not encrypted. Should have been through a site or at least Whatsapp) with my loved one. Finally decided to pull over at the end of the session. Made my loved one feel like an ‘after thought’ and not cared for / like they weren’t paying attention to them.
