Had the misfortune to lose coolant on the M5 due to a broken water pump at 7.30pm on a Friday night. Called the RAC who towed me to Sakis Auto Centre who stayed late to accept our car. The reception was very friendly, sympathetic and professional. Helped us find a hotel for the night and booked us a taxi to get there.
